What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email, and what you tell us about your business. Payments happen on TagMango, so we don’t see or store your card or bank details.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to manage your event registration, to send you event details on WhatsApp or email, and to plan sessions around the businesses in the room. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google may set cookies for this. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to understand which of our posts and ads bring people to the site and to show our events to people who have visited. Meta may use cookies for this. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and block cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run things: our web host (Hostinger), our booking platform (TagMango), email, and WhatsApp. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration details for as long as they’re useful for staying in touch, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you, at any time by writing to mentormodecoaching@gmail.com.
