Workshops and events

Seats are confirmed on payment. Once you have registered, your booking is non-refundable.

Transferring your booking

Can’t make it? You can transfer your booking to someone else. WhatsApp us on 8146667261 before the event starts with their name and number, and we’ll move the seat to them.

If we change the date

If we have to move an event, your booking moves to the new date. If we cancel an event and can’t offer a new date, we refund you in full.

The Back to You bundle

The bundle covers all four events in the series. It is non-refundable once registered, and each of its four seats can be transferred the same way. Bundle sales close when the first event starts on 18 November.

Memberships

Membership terms, including any cancellation terms, are shared with you in writing before you join.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund applies, it goes back to the original payment method through TagMango, usually within 7–10 working days.
